Potential loss of information in AUP/UUP during server restart

Description: An issue has been identified affecting the integrity of data within AUP/UUP under specific operational conditions. The issue is observed only in LARA V4 and is triggered by server restart during the AUP/UUP validation phase with NM. The issue occurs when:
1) An AUP/UUP is generated in LARA
2) The plan is shared with NM via B2B for validation and enters Draft status
3) The LARA server restarts
4) The plan is promoted to Ready
Under these circumstances, some information present in the Draft AUP/UUP may be missing in the resulting Ready AUP/UUP.
Operational Impact:
• Loss of data consistency between Draft and Ready versions of AUP/UUP.
• Risk of incomplete or inaccurate information being used for operational purposes.
Mitigation/Recommended Operational Procedure:
Ensure that the LARA server remains continuously operational throughout the full AUP/UUP production and validation cycle, until the plan is promoted to Ready status
